Kathryn and Ben had a holiday in Cairo at the beginning of April as a joint birthday celebration. During our time there we saw some of the usual sites such as the Egyptian Museum, the Pyramids and the Sphinx. In addition we also spent much of our time eating, the variety of food available in Cairo is significantly greater that Asmara, we did our best to make the most of it!!
